Welcome to StillWater Strategies!
My name is Erica Richardson, the founder of StillWater Strategies. I’ve worn many hats in my professional career, from two-sport collegiate athlete, Head Coach, Professor, Sports Information Director, Human Resource Director, Dean of Students, Insurance Agent, and several roles in between. While my background is diverse, one constant has been woven through the core of it all: a desire to see others realize their full potential.
I have come to recognize how truly valuable conflict resolution and leadership development are in our growth as professionals and human beings. This belief has led to the creation of StillWater Strategies. I’ve been dreaming of starting my own business since earning my Master’s in Conflict Management and Resolution from Abilene Christian University. Reflecting back, there have been seasons of trials which have tested and prepared me in ways I could never accomplish on my own. Now, God has opened a door for me to pursue this dream.
